1. No Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be provided at any time for any payment made to The Prink Media.

  • This includes advance payments, partial payments, full payments, and retainer fees.

2. Refund Exceptions:

  • A refund will only be considered if The Prink Media is unable to fulfill its commitments as outlined in the signed agreement or proposal.

  • The refund amount (if any) will be decided solely at our discretion based on the extent of services already delivered.

  • In such a case, the amount will be credited to the clients' bank account within 7-10 working days.

 

3. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide all required inputs, materials, and approvals within the agreed timelines.

  • Delays or non-compliance by the client do not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

4. Subjective Dissatisfaction:

  • Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with designs, creative concepts, or marketing outcomes will not be accepted.

  • Creative services are subjective, and we work collaboratively to align with your expectations throughout the process.

 

5. Changes to the Policy:

  • The Prink Media reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Updated terms will be reflected on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be revised accordingly.

  • By making payments and engaging with our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
