4. Payment Terms

4.2 A project will commence only after receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment, unless specified otherwise.
4.3 Payments for ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers) must be made on or before the due date to avoid interruptions in service.

5.1 All content, designs, and deliverables created by The Prink Media remain our property until full payment has been received.
5.2 After payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless specifically prohibited in writing.

6.1 The Prink Media will maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided information, documents, and materials, unless disclosure is required by law or written consent is provided by the client.

 

7. Third-Party Services

7.2 The Prink Media is not liable for service disruptions or errors caused by third-party platforms.

9.2 Upon termination, The Prink Media will deliver all completed work to the client, provided all outstanding payments have been made.
